Starcraft DS - Test by FreakyEd Starcraft DS - Test by FreakyEd
Man, if this was real I would sure buy it! I love this game and this pretend-cover art shows it! :)

I thought Starcraft would make a better port than it's N64/PSX counterpart, all thanks to the stylus, think about it. If Blizzard ever make this true...

It even comes with "Wi-Fi" connection, so I could imagine people getting on multiplayer very often. Too bad it ain't the real thing...for now.

Surprisingly done in 35 minutes.

It's not exactly an easy thing to do, especially considering the N64 port wasn't that well received. We can only but hope that they find a way to solve this using today's newly revamped tech.

^^; It's meant to be a fake box art, showing out what can one of my the templates I have can do. I think in the real world they might just use the same cover they used for the original Starcraft though. [Unless this game would've represented the Terran version]

If you want to tinker with the template and make your own Nintendo DS Cover Box Art, you can find it [here]. It's nice to tinker around with it and see what you can come up with, so go ahead and try it out if you want :)

Ooh, I've been thinking about the same thing for quite some time! I wonder what the top screen would be used for though.

Just one problem.

The top screen could be used for a variety of things I think. In multiplayer games [WiFi especially] they might set it up so that the game tracks the score like when you finish a game. They can also use that screen to use it as some sort of mini-map and present like some sort of menu that serves as the buttons that are found on the lower-right side of the screen. They'll be able to switch these screens by using the shoulder buttons [L and R]. [They could present in-game conversations in here as well with full pixels, including the Terra Adjutant/Advisor :XD:]

The bottom screen will be used heavily to direct the units around. Using certain buttons you'll be able to direct your units around. Like, drag a box into some units, hold A to attack, and tap something on screen to attack there. Since there's going to be only eight commands this way instead of nine [4 buttons and 4 d-pad] there's got to be a way to remedy the 9th button in this case...

I dunno, that's how I see it
